IPD UPDATE

IPD now: What we have achieved so far...

Read about what we have achieved so far in our partner countries, what we are currently working on, and how companies in the European import economy are benefiting from our work in our biannual IPD UPDATE report.

Issue 01 // 2022

IPD hubs: roadmap now set

Here and there, there has been a return to something approaching normality in recent months. IPD accompanied its companies at international trade fairs. In addition, IPD experts were on the road on sourcing missions to visit the companies in the IPD programme on the ground again after a long gap. What is more, IPD was able to implement a further important project: IPD regional offices were set up in selected partner countries in the second half of 2021.

Issue 02 // 2021

Expansion of the IPD services

In July 2021, IPD entered its fourth project phase. We will expand our offer and include two new partner countries - Morocco and Uzbekistan - in our program. In addition, IPD is opening regional offices in selected partner countries with immediate effect in order to further expand our work on the ground and, above all, our cooperation with export promotion organizations.

Special issue // 2020

Covid pandemic hits economies worldwide

Production has been curtailed, the exchange of goods restricted, and trade relations severely reduced. Developing and emerging countries are particularly vulnerable to this global shock. In this situation, the work of the IPD is more important than ever. We have reacted quickly and reorganized our activities.
